Ok. Call me an idiot, but how do you access Windows phone games on Xbox? Or do you need a Windows phone to do it?

I know way back when they first talked about Windows 10 on Xbox One there was mention of apps being accessible on it. But now that the NXOE is here, I haven't heard much more. Most people are more excited about backward compatibility I guess.

Reckless Racing is a legitimate good game. I owned it on iOS for awhile. Kind of plays like RC Pro Am for NES.
