I don't know if this is a regional or advertised thing. Happened to be shopping and swung by the electronics and saw a $4 dump bin of DVDs and Blus at Meijer. Most of which appeared to have UV and/or iTunes codes. I can't give you a complete list, but here's what I bough/remember seeing:

Pulp Fiction

Indiana Jones/Temple of Doom
Indiana Jones/Last Crusade
Indiana Jones/Crystal Skull (no Raiders, damnit!)
King Kong (Peter Jackson)

Jingle All the Way 2 (perfect Xmas give for people you hate)
Four Pack with Casio/Miami Vice and I forge whatelse

Worth noting, the sign said "yellow stickers only" but just for fun, I scanned the Indy films not in the bin and they showed up at $4 also. (Not Radiers though...boo!) Just a heads up, for anyone interested.
