I saw this at the top of the cart page. If you don't see it there I assume you don't qualify

attempting to pay using Amazon Chase Credit Card, without using points.  also attempted to use debit card.

by reading the terms in op look like you have to recieve the email to your specific account in order to be able to use the code. Which mean only people who actually get the email can take part
