Amazon "Tell us about a lower price" missing?

Has anyone else noticed that the "tell us about a lower price" link on Amazon pages is missing from a lot of items. When I'm shopping for video games or dvds I no longer see this link on the page.

 
Yeah, I just noticed the same thing on a CPU heatsink.  I was going to see if they'd price-match Newegg, but I can't find any way to do it.

 
It's kind of just been lumped in with all of their other feedback now, so you can still do it, but you just have to send them a regular message.

Not sure if it's more or less successful though.
