Oh wow as a gamer I'm fine with it since it'll give me time to catch up on other games like Fallout 4. More importantly, it'll come as a complete and unbroken game experience unlike some of the other shit we've been lapping up over recent times.
But as a former auditor, this is a big freaking deal because Naughty Dog just pushed their baby beyond Sony's fiscal year end. Sony's financials end at March 31st so when Naughty Dog delayed UC4 originally to March 18th, it still allowed Sony to reap the profits from the millions that were guaranteed to sell by the deadline. So I see it as a pretty big deal because big companies like Sony place a tremendous amount of pressure on developers to stick with certain deadlines. For them to push the game further out shows just how much goodwill they have with Sony. Naughty Dog is their golden child and I'll never forget what Andrew House said at PSX last year when he called Naughty Dog the one developer "that grabs the true essence of PlayStation" with a tone of admiration. TLoU was delayed twice too. That worked out pretty well for them.
Here's the CG trailer just recently released. I think this is meant to be a TV spot:
