Seems that some shitty DDoS group decided to take down PSN just as Flash Sale prices were maybe possibly going live, so we're stuck twiddling our fingers until things get fixed. I've compiled the stuff I can sort of find.

As I said in the OP, there are DDoS attacks going on preventing the webstore and PS3/PS4 stores from showing the sale prices, but prices are live on Vita if you can get on. I'll update the OP if/when things get fixed and we get concrete info for everything that's on sale.

Just checked if you add the game to your cart it will show the sale price.

Assassin creed syndicate is $40.19
Batman arkham knight is $25

I really wanted to get the series in physical carts, but damn... ALL THREE Rebirth games were $10 this year. I can't pass that up.

I don't get it - why are XBL and PSN prone to DDoS attacks but not iTunes, Google Play, and Steam? I would imagine those marketplaces have more users.

Nobody refreshes iTunes or Google Play to see what's on sale. Steam has gone down in the past, but Valve is probably more vigilant because their server demands are more intense during their big sales just from general use that can go down on that alone.

There has been in the past.
If I remember right Apple has a backup to their backup servers.. So they can adapt easier. But not immune though.

Imo it's PC gamers that hate the idea of the consoles. Maybe cause they wanted one but their parents wouldn't buy one..

Because they're not really hackers, they're just using bots to ping the server thousands of times every minute, thus crashing any web page

In for :ps4: Beyond Two Souls so far if they're more :ps4: games I want that pop up.

Got make another :ps4: account though since I have a 20% code to use. Can just make it primary so I can play on my account so not a big deal. I already have some PSN cards unused that I can add too.
