Stopped by the NEX today to pick up some assassin's creed rogue and surprisingly saw GTA 5 for Xbox One clearanced at 19.96 plus 40 percent off.

Little creek base in Virginia beach in case anyone is near me.

How'd you get the 40% off? Was it just an ongoing discount on clearance items?

Dang the last game I bought at the Exchange was Star Wars Battlefront 2 for PS2 in 2006 for $49.99. My first game from there was Zelda on SNES in 1995.

I lost my military id due to turning 21 (and then good healthcare due to Obama. No joke, we weren't forced in to high deductible insurance at my company until 2013. Hope nobody ever gets sick, is cheap, doesn't want to pay the first $1500 and then dies because of Obamacare.)

Good deal for current squids and navy brats. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks OP!  now got to find a person to fetch it for me since my bro-in-law is in newport news at ft eustis..

So I always found it funny that the PX/BX never had deals like this. I mean I have found some deals at them but never this good. But I don't think most people for the longest time knew they are two separate entities.

When I was younger I would go to the BX at RAF Lakenheath and check out the N64 games. Then when I got older I went to the PX at FOB Speicher to get 360 games...lol full circle.

I remember my local BX having some decent deals back when I was enlisted. For example I picked up Donkey Kong Country 2 and Yoshi's Island on SNES back in 1999 at Mountain Home AFB BX for $20 each. Those were hella good deals in retrospect...

Ahhh, the BX @ RAF Lakenheath. 1998-2001. I would drive to the smaller bases and get what I needed there. Lakenheath's BX was cool, but didn't have my games in stock. It was a nice drive so I didn't mind. Got PSX, Dreamcast, and Gameboy Advance games mostly. Good times!
