Costco - Xbox One $250 YMMV

I think that item # is for the 500gb model, no games added, based on other pictures on the web.

Wow, cant give these things away can they?

I bought one christmas day from frys for the same price. Still sitting in the box, shes on craigslist.

Thanks bro.

What I mean is, I cant get 300 for mine on craigslist when its back to 350 in store. The market is so bad.

Just striking up conversation about the pricing

Must have missed that, I was in there just a few hours ago and Thought they had them priced at (like) $322. Not a bad deal if it's down to $250. Nice to another Central Ky CAG. Might PM you for deals and feel free to do the same if you need.

How much is a used call of duty 1tb limited edition console without the controller vs with controller?

Bundle is $335 in Cbus. Step son is monopolizing system and living room tv while on winter break. Looking for a 2nd system. Looking for the best price.

That's a store-specific manager markdown. Even dollar amounts are always manager markdowns, plus there's a CHG in the corner to signify that the sign was changed manually. Good deal but limited to that one store.

If you are game for a used unit look at cowboom. They have tons of units for $208. No controller and make sure you pick one with the power cord but this could be a great option for a second unit.

Thats 208+ tax and shipping. Since cowboom is a bestbuy company they get you with tax. After buyin a controller its really not much of a "deal"(+/-$275?) especially since its used and almost all the descriptions say that the consoles have heavy scratches. Ive been watching cowboom for a while, last time I thought I scored was when they offered 20% off coupon....but the xbox one was deal of the day and coupon could not be applied, lame.

Yes I noticed they are all pretty damaged, scratched up. I keep my systems covered when not in use. I'm probably too particular to purchase used.

I don't understand how consoles get scratched up anyway. Best believe if I'm spending over $100 on something I am going to take immaculate care of it.

My N64 that I've had since 1998 still looks new other than signs of plastic aging which is unavoidable.

1. Why wouldnt you just return it? Places like Best Buy gave until Jan 15th for anything purchased between Nov 1 and Dec 31.
2. Accountability; What's $50 for something that could easily be a wooden log, or just broken? That's a small price for the security of having somewhere - a store - to go to should something happen.
3. Why would someone buy yours for $300 when just recently and for weeks there were far better deals? What consumer wouldn't have bought a $299 Xbox One w/ free $50 Giftcard at Target before Christmas but will pay $300 without a giftcard from a stranger after Christmas?

Your conversation is very anecdotal and disregards many valid reasons your Xbox isn't as great a deal as you may think.

I agree. I checked again and they have raised the prices of a lot of the units. It's a good option if you already have some extra controllers and are just looking to get a second unit as cheaply as possible from a reputable (Best Buy) company. Once you have to add a controller the price is not so hot.

Still 340 here in San Diego, makes sense since it's a big city ,the price probably applies to smaller towns :/
