For those that have used a powerup certicate?

I don't think they will ask anything... from what I remember from when I used mine is they just took them and scanned them like a normal receipt.
It won't hurt to try using it though. Worse that can happen is that they tell you that the original owner has to be present. Then you could just go to the store with the friend who gave it to you. Or, if its a friend that isn't close, have that friend contact the store to give you permission to use it maybe.
I don't think you should have any problems though, honestly. You could also just use the certificate online.

go up and hand them the coupon. if ask anything Scream as loud as you can, if there is an old person around shove the old grandman/pa to the ground so you can get away, if there is none knock over and mag or any other racks over and run screaming out of the store. Wave your arms over your head doing this will make them no longer see you

Redeeming the PUR certificate shouldn't be a problem. However, redeeming more than one PUR certificate not activated from your account raises an alert flag. I found out the hard way yesterday from making holiday purchases and on a ban. Redeem any points accumulated ASAP if you choose to risk it.

they must not like you or there was fraud in your stores.. I been using the 50 and the 10 15 25 since last summer with no problems
i just did a 25 and 15 for yo watch when it came out and did the 10 for child of light last week..
i might only use them like once every 3 month or so though
