Growing up, my folks owned a mom and pop video store. I've gone from piles of VHS tapes to DVDs and eventually to a very quaint collection of Blu-Rays. Due to space restraints and the fact that I never seemed to pop in any of those discs, I got rid of them all!

But as time goes on and I grow nostalgic, there are many movies I'd like to go back and watch. Netflix can scratch the itch quite often, but I think several movies are worth "owning" a digital copy to have at hand.

What platform have you used to build your digital movie library? Why are you their customer? Ease of use? Best selection? Most/Best deals and sales (this one is highly of interest to me)?

Frankly, I find Amazon's interface to be terrible and the pricing to be inflexible. Please share your thoughts!

I use VUDU and they seem to have the best deals, but a lot of the digital libraries are linked through UV (not Amazon though), so if you buy a movie with UV rights on one they will transfer to the other account. Most people probably use multiple sites and just link them through their UV account. Amazon does have a lot of shows though that other sites don't carry, so there is a plus to using them as well.

I use VUDU as well since I can load up a bunch of movies via Savings Catcher, then sell them on eBay and get the digital copy for free! :D
