I recently just bought Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition from Hastings (my 1st purchase from them) and it came in such bad condition I had to return it. I'm used to Gamefly's quality of used games so this caught me off guard. Anyone else run into this?

No.  My purchases have all been in excellent condition.  Only one was missing the original case.
