A little shocked, because, for the first time, one of these types of deals is near me and my girl and I have been talking about getting a 4K. Any ultra positive reviews out there I can forward her way?

It's got good reviews. I would have gotten one if Amazon could PM but since they don't sell it directly, I couldn't get it. I have credit there so it makes no sense for me to drive to Walmart and buy it there. Your girl as in your wife or as in gf? Buying(splitting) an item for hundreds of dollars is usually not a good idea. I have know many breakups and who gets what never ends well.
