He's saying buy one get one 50% off is essentially 25% off each game for same-priced items. Add the red card to that 25% for your extra 5%.
Those are DPCI numbers, Target's internal inventory system uses them. I'm guessing this photo is from an internal email giving stores a chance to stock up on the specific items that will be in the ad.

They should work with a PM, as the system should auto-deduct them out after the PM. Just act dumb with doing the PM when the 2nd game drops out 50% if it works.
