for those that owned/played the crew: wild run, is worth $16?
If you're on PS4, it might be worth it. I played the beta, and it didn't sound like the final product was much different. To me, the story was a cliche-happy joke full of major holes. The cutscenes were kind of OK, but the voice acting wasn't great and in the in-game character models were terrible. The driving physics were pretty inconsistent, like they couldn't decide between a full arcade experience or not.

That said, this is put next to well-made games from Turn 10. If your alternatives are NFS and Driveclub, it would look better.

i've been wanting to jump back into another racing game and was thinking about grabbing driveclub on psn. it's either the crew or driveclub. trying to scratch an itch that have been left untouched since NFS Rival.

Guess I didn't miss much while playing video games. Trying to finish the platinum for Fallout 3. I have 4,000 games and I play the same 5.

Drive Club is a more consistent game. Sony just closed its studio, which is unfortunate, but it's gotten a ton of content since launch. All the server issues that contributed to its terrible reviews have been addressed.

The Crew also reviewed terribly, but I don't think it's improved appreciably from launch.

Get Driveclub. Better game, imo. Get the season pass too. So much content included with it.

Easily imo, it has a big world and it's a lot of fun to just drive around for fun, it's like the Test Drive Unlimited games in that aspect without the social stuff, and those were some of my favorite racers to play on the 360.

Damn, will the MSRP of GTV for the PS4/Xbox One ever drop? I'm trying to catch it at $19.99 but with the MSRP staying at $59.99 going on almost 2 years now, it seems it will never happen.

I've seen it on sale for around $30 here and there. It's because the online is so immense, it's not my cup of tea, I enjoy the structured story. My mates play online weekly, it's a big sandbox but online now.

You'd easily get your $60 worth out of the game. This would be the game when you were a teen (M rated[cough]) and you only got a game on your birthday and Christmas, you'd want this one.

I had some reward certs that were going to expire next week and I've been meaning to pick up Dragon Quest Heroes so $3.20 out of pocket was nice.

dragon quest was only 19.99 on woot.com which is owned by best buy brand new for the past few weeks lol...you guys shoulda picked it up then :p..

Woot is owned by Amazon not Best Buy. Cowboom is the one owned by Best Buy.

You are right though. People should have jumped on that DQ sale through Woot. I did
