1.do they charge right away or when it shipped out

my card got charged i dont know if its a hold or a charged

 
I would suggest calling up the retailer's customer service line and getting an answer from them.  You could also just give it a few days and see if the charge drops off (meaning it was only a pending charge).

Speaking to Target CSR is almost as hard as talking to starmask. >_<
