Trading Timeout - Rule Violation

Hello CAGs

I need a little help from you guys

What can I do to get my account in normal mode without the rule violation ? I have replys on topic threads of PS4/PC (CAG PSN Gamesharing / Steam Trades / PSN Code Trading Thread) and have gotten there a few exchanges and sales up to. I do not know why, or what I did wrong i stayed with my account with the rule violation. I've tried to contact administrators via private message but never, and no one answers me..

Besides, i can't reply on these topics too right now :/
 

I have my account in this state for a long time and never returned to normal yet...

What can i do for put my account back to normal?
