Question on returning Target ebay store to target retail store.

Long story short, I purchased something on target ebay store for $18 dollar ish and it is spilted between 11 paypal and 7 dollar ebay buck. My order come in today and it come with a target receipt.  I decided to return the item, if i return it to target retail store, what happen?

 
from the force awakens target ebay auction:

"Most purchases can be returned to a U.S. Target store, just bring in your item and the packing slip that came with it to the Guest Service Desk for a refund or exchange. All Paypal purchased items that are returned to a Target store will be refunded to cash."

I guess that would mena i get every cent back including the ebay cash i used?
