Repairing Analog Stick

So my Vita Slim PCH-2001 left analog stick is starting to act up, it just randomly starts moving up. Has anyone experience this? If so what did you do to fix it? Where can I buy the part for it?

I tried going through customer support but they want to charge me $129+tax to fix it. 

Any advice will help.
