Soooooo I imported a Neon Orange Japanese PS Vita last week and just received it yesterday. I went ahead and gave remote play a shot, but to my dismay, the X and O buttons when using the handheld for Remote Play are backwards.
Now I went ahead and changed the button assignments in the System Settings as the Vita firmware allows you to do so. SImply flipped X and O so that the system behaves now like a US system. However, when using the Vita for Remote Play, my X and O buttons are basically flipped back, X being O and vice versa. So while the buttons when navigating the system now behave like a US system, games behave like they are Japanese lol.
Is there any way to fix this, so both the system and games behave like a normal NA Vita would? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
