IF you get an invitation, this starts today and you must list items by April 27th. List up to 10 items and pay no more than $10 in final value fees per item when each item sells. Items must sell $100 or more each excluding shipping costs. Great promotion if you have some high value items you want to sell! Scroll to the bottom of your selling page to see the list of promotions.

What is the Promotion?

Invited sellers without an eBay store subscription (“Sellers”) who activate the offer and then list in the fixed price, auction-style, or auction-style with Buy It Now format, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, will pay maximum final value fees of $10 per item (“Promotion”) for the first 10 items sold for $100 or more (excluding shipping costs), that were created during the Promotion Period, as defined below. All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion. The Promotion is in addition to the free listings per month as part of the everyday rate plan.

Final value fees will still be applied to the total amount of the sale including the cost of the item, shipping, and any other fees a seller may charge—excluding any sales tax. However, the maximum final value fees have been reduced to $10 per item sold for $100 or more. Fees for optional listing upgrades (such as reserve price, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc.) still apply. For listing in 2 categories, you will be charged at standard rates for the second category.

For example, if the total value of the item that is sold is $320 with a shipping cost of $30, the final value fee will be capped at $10 (instead of paying the regular fee of $35). If the total value of an item listed during the Promotion Period is sold for $90 with a shipping cost of $30, the Promotion will not apply, as the sale price (excluding shipping) is below $100.

Restrictions & Exclusions.

  • Only single quantity listings are eligible for this Promotion. Listings in which multiple items are being sold through the same listing are not eligible.
  • The following categories are excluded: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Real Estate, Classified Ad listings, Heavy Equipment, Concession Trailers & Carts, Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment, and Commercial Printing Presses.

  • The Promotion excludes listings created prior to a seller activating the offer or with a start date prior to Thursday, April 21, 2016 (including those listings revised during the Promotion Period). Additionally, the Promotion excludes listings that are created during the Promotion Period, but scheduled to start after the Promotion Period. Listings created prior to Thursday, April 21, 2016, but after a seller activates the Promotion, which are scheduled to start during the Promotion Period, are eligible for the Promotion.
