So I guess instead of a spring Pokemon game and a fall console release, Nintendo is switching it up: Pokemon Sun/Moon for this fall and Christmas buying season and Nintendo NX console for the spring 2017 season.

I'm so hyped for these games. I just cashed in some bottles and cans I had lying around and I have enough for one game. Hoping to get enough birthday cash for the other one. Can't wait for November :).

 
Random but I was looking through my old video games and I came across a Pokemon silver, blue, red, and pikachu edition yellow. I don't have a gameboy to try it out anymore. I was never into the Pokemon games it must've either been my little cousins or sisters. No original packages but I do have the plastic cartridge cases. I was wondering what I could expect if they put them on eBay together or separately since Pokemon seems to be in demand right now
 
Having fun with the game so far. Made it to Akala Island. So far my team is Brionne (Lilo), Yungoos (Ivanka), Cutiefly (Kyutie), Munchlax (Kamekona), Grubbin (Junpei), and Trumbeak (Bulbul). 

Probably my biggest complaint is that running away from Pokemon feels a lot harder and catching them is a pain in the ass. If I didn't get those 100 Poké Balls from the Best Buy version, I'd have ran out of Poké Balls long ago.

 
Munchlax's Hold Back move has been so key to the majority of my catches.  But yea, the dice rolls for catching seem weird.  Had a Smeargle at 1hp, he then managed to escape an ultra & great ball only to be bested on the 3rd try by a normal ball.

I hope that Pokemon being able to call in buddies isn't going to be as bad as it is with my first occurrence.  Was trying to catch a Zubat and every turn I was knocking out one of them only to have the other call another.  Ended up with 1,040xp total for the battle (and caught a Zubat) but man, what a pain.

 
My team is Dartrix, Rockruff, Trumbeak, cutiefly, crabrawler, and Yungoose. Trying to have my team as Alola pokemon.

I know for sure I want to keep Dartrix and rockruff, but might change the rest as I play depends. I've named Rockruff rougarou since I'm playing pokemon moon. hehe

I've remained relatively spoiler free so not sure what pokemon I want as my team only spoiled on legendary moon and sun, starters and rockruff. Rest new pokemon I've only experienced by progressing in the game. Enjoying the game so far.

 
I have a Crabrawler myself now. The only problem is that it doesn't evolve until extremely late.

One minor gripe I have is the PC's model. Specifically, it's lack of emoting. You'll have these big, serious, dramatic scenes but then your character is just standing there in a neutral pose with blank eyes and a big smile. Hoping Stars fixes that.

Another thing I hope comes to Stars is the return of Triple Battles. There's a point late in the game where you and two NPC allies storm the bad guy base, but because there are only double battles, one of your allies always fights alone. That stretch is so begging for Triple Battles.
 
Yeah crabrawler evolves i a loacation that is farther in the game same with charjabug.

My current team so far is Decidueye, Lycanrock, Mudsdale, Golisopod, Salazzle, and Mimikyu.

I'm enjoying the game I do miss some things from previous games, but so far I'm liking the game. We'll see once I finish it.

 
i thought most people listed this like    40 to 50 hours... unless im rushing  i just go to the spaceworld Or whatever its called...  i  think is  right at the end and only got  19 hours in.

pokemon are all range around 53 to 57

 
Does anybody have Sun, and want to trade a couple Ultra Beasts my way?
I need Buzzwole and Kartana. I have the corresponding Moon UB's that I could trade over.

If you still need a Buzzwole I've got one. Even though his ev's are maxed out he gets annihilated online like it's nothing lol. Also I found this setup to be pretty fun to use for my Darkrai.

I try to use Ominous Wind as the finishing blow for the first two Pokemon, who doesn't want all their stats raised? (Even if it's a 10% chance)
 
Thanks.  I did finally complete the Pokdex back when.  Haven't played Moon in a while.  I really should gather a team for the Battle Tree.

No, but you could make one though :) I finally finished my 'Dex a couple days ago, it took me a month of casual play to do. Thank god for Elekid's and Dratini's. Those two pokemon got traded so fast on the GTS haha.

After I got the shiny charm I breed 6 boxes of Sawks, but no shiny so far :(
