Just randomly remembered about this after I never got PMed a code either lol... but regardless, tried signing up & it said it couldn't verify an acct matching my info or whatever. So I looked into it and I'm guessing fodawim must have the Anthem version of BCBS... why it doesn't work is coz apparently PayForward is some sort of shopping online cashback portal benefit for employees at companies where Blue Cross Blue Shield's Anthem is their health insurance.  When u enroll, it tries to match ur info with a Anthem member.

 

So anyone found a cashback portal yet that works on everything at Amazon? I'm still using JetBlue but it sucks coz it only gives points/miles & JetBlue has yet to fly here lol.  I'm hoping one day they'll just let us redeem the points on 3rd party gift cards or whatever. I'd rather use a cashback portal...

There's an app called drop(look at my post in the referral forum), that used to offer Amazon cash back... But I saw mention that it wasn't being offered to new sign ups as an option

Forgot to say that I do rotate thru Upromise, BeFrugal, TCB, blah blah whenever they offer cashbk on categories my items are in...but yea, lame that it only covers items in specific categories.

ah yeah, it tracks purchases via credit card activity so it wouldn't work for you.  However it does have walmart and target as options if you buy games or other things there.  The good thing about this app is that you can still get cashback portal rewards and credit card points, so its just extra ontop of that.

Get an SSD and add some memory at some point and it'll be good to go. I just bought one last week and a few things about it:

 

1. This is definitely not an ips looking screen. It's a cheap 1080p, so it's certainly better than a 720p type laptop screen but it's shit compared to other higher end screens. It's matte and has bad viewing angles. Again though if youre on some crap 1366x768 screen you'd normally get at this price it's a definite step up.

 

2. I get a very good wireless AC connection with this computer compared to my last much more expensive computer. I'm upstairs with my router downstairs and am getting 50-70mbps on my 150mbps connection, which is about twice what I'd get on my last machine.

 

3. It's super easy to take off the back panel and add more memory or a different hard drive. Both are right there under the panel and pop in and out. You wont need to take out the memory since theres a second free slot.
