Good deal on that MW Xbox 360!  I'd totally buy that had I not bought the R2D2 Star Wars one on craigslist last month.

I was considering biting on this one, as the price is ok and I've been 6 for 6 so far in my CE's arriving complete, but hadn't seen the "identification markings" on many descriptions:

Clear external signs of wear or damage to the packaging or instructions may be present. Game may have identification markings from its previous owner

 

...although, I guess they could just be store stickers on the outside of the box?

Possibly a trade in so you are at the mercy of the grader who graded it to be complete. It should come complete, per the description, but the DLC may be used (especially if it was a trade in).

You could give it a shot and just send it back if it doesn't work for you.

Yes, it is like a steel blue color. Much nicer in person. This one is supposed to complement the Nathan Drake ps4 but is good on its own.

even if the dlc wasn't used assuming the dlc with it is there then it's most likely expired since preorder costumes expire a month from release or less for this series in my experience. xillia 2 was the only case where the dlc was limited to the collectors edition though stupidly.

I bought 2 Like News and only got the f'n Starter Pack for both - I don't want to return them but I also don't really feel like dealing with a rep - I wonder if they would offer the other items, which is what I really wanted (Spidey set was the main draw for me).

i just wasted 30 mins chatting with support... I thought it was going somewhere, but then the rep transferred me out of nowhere and the new person was like "so you want to return these and then buy the same item for the same price" and I say "yeah that's what the previous rep said I should do" and they go "sorry we don't pricematch anything but TVs."

 

So I asked her if my only option is to return it, and she says yes. 

 

maybe i'll try again tomorrow, i dunno... good to know others got theirs, though.   gives me options, without saying too much lol

Try contacting regular customer service and not chat. When I had the same problem with a Skylanders bundle where they sent me just the starter pack with none of the extra items I was able to get a refund and keep the item. I had already returned another of the same item and didn't want a record of returning 2 of the same item although if the refund counted as a concession it may not have mattered.

mine was like that too, i was dissappointed because i just saw the starter kit box.  but the other figures were loose inside under the normal packaging

I got lucky with mine I guess. Everything was unopened and sealed except the starter pack and even that looked like only the seal was broken. Everything inside of it looked untouched.

But who cares, for $13 I'm totally cool with it, obviously.  But I also have to point out- with the way the trades are going lately,  if any of us tried to trade in a bundle like this it would now be rejected as "severely damaged".... something about getting the loose digital download character cards makes me feel like I need to Lysol Wipe the whole set down and
