GameStop - 4 for $20 on Select Pre-Owned Games (5/16-5/29)

Picked up Ground Zeroes PS4, Arkham Origins/DMC/Last of Us PS3. Some good deals to be had if you didn't pick these up during the last 4/$20 but this definitely feels like a 4/$10.

 
what is this 4 for $10 thing? apparently I need to frequent this site more cause I hate myself if I missed that.

anyways looks like theres some decent stuff on that list

The bundled sales they usually offer r usually 4 for $10, 4 for $20, 4 for $40... the games on all lists is mostly the same sometimes...

I own everything I want on that list already other than Dantes Inferno Divine Edition, but I can wait for 4 for $10 lol.

Got a few in mind, hope my local gamestop has The Last of Us PS3, Spec Ops The Line PS3, Thief PS4 and Watch Dogs PS4.

Got a few others in mind but this are the 4 I'm going for. I had to do a double take and check if I already owned Prototype 1/2. The answer would be yes... I need to remember what games I buy.

If you buy the base game you'll need to shell out ~$80 to get the expansions ala cart, which are absolutely essential to enjoying the game. Just buy The Taken King Legendary Edition, which is the current version of the game for ~$35-40 and it includes all the DLC to date.

 
I see Mass Effect for PS3 but I thought it was never released on disc for PS3 outside the trilogy.

So is that a typo for Mass Effect 2? Because if that's the trilogy its worth it for that alone.

I don't know why I hype myself up for these last-gen sales. The list is always full of amazing games, and I always seem to forget that I already played pretty much all of them :(

If you missed out last gen, you're really making out here! I wish I had a Men in Black pen so I can play all of those for the first time again.

How great would these opportunities be? I imagine you can only survive financially by selling in bulk as there cant be much profit margin on a single ps3/360 game. Comes out to $5 each and maybe you'll get $6 for some of them.

Many of these sales in the past allowed individuals to purchase a set of 4, keep 1-2 games, while trading the rest right back into gamestop for a profit. I built up my 360/PS3 collection for free (even came out ahead) during the Golf Club fiasco. There doesn't appear to be such an opportunity this time, but it doesn't hurt to look/ask.

RIP Golf Club. You got me some cash and a physical copy of Titanfall for free.
 
Actually did all right on this one picking up a few games I actually want to play.
Grabbed mass effect, Arkham asylum and Arkham city, then rounded it out with titanfall.
Of note, Arkham city goty only reads Arkham city on the spine. So there's a chance you could make a case it should be included if you get lucky at your store
