The xbone controller is wireless with xbone and wired for PC.

Is it straight up just a xbone controller just like the ones that come with the console or is it a different model that can also work with xbone?

From what I understand it's literally the same thing but comes with a micro USB. I got this from Amazon at some point, don't have it anymore, but don't remember any difference.
Also, I don't think these have the 3.5mm jack, or didn't before.
