@CheapyD - just use NowInStock - catching a card in-stock is relatively easy even if all you do is leave a browser window open on their GTX 1080 page. :)  As of this exact moment, they're in-stock direct from nVidia, though I'd probably recommend grabbing one of the non-founder's edition cards (which will be < $699) - stock on them is trickling in at this point now as well.

I can't believe someone considered Crash Bandicoot a big enough spoiler to complain about. That's like saying that using the rope in it is a spoiler. It, in no way, is a spoiler.

You know people will be talking about these new games on podcasts. Either play it right when it comes out or don't listen to video game coverage until you do.
 
They only announced a Skylanders cartoon was in development last year.

You have to give Skylanders credit for creating original IP instead of licensing. By the way, my favorite Skylander is Drobot, a dragon that built himself some Iron Man-style armor.
 
Lucifer, which barely resembles the comic it's based on, is surprisingly good. The next to last episode for the season, #TeamLucifer, where he met a group of Satanists was hilarious.

Yup. Isn't Lucifer usually blonde in many of his depictions? Tom Ellis looks more like Desire than Lucifer, especially when he gets to be all hot and smarmy.

 
Great show guys.  

Overwatch's action is good enough where the loot packs aren't the main motivation of the game.  You come back for the action.  Rocket League had things to unlock, (great system) however the action,  brings you back.    

I don't believe Wombat is playing Disney Crossy Road ONLY on the train...(unless said training is going to Canada).  Wombat is playing more Disney Crossy Road than console games in general.  

 
Cheapy, I rented A Tale of Tales based on your recommendation and told my wife "it's supposed to be a good movie, trust me". It starts out good but what the fock happened to the ending?  You said you were thinking about the movie the next day. Were you thinking "what the fock happened to the ending?" To stay spoiler free, the ending leaves many things unresolved and feels like there a big chunk of the movie missing.  Bad call on this one buddy.

Wombat, why didn't you get your son one of those $79.99 2DS bundles that come with either mario kart 7 or Yo kai watch? I feel like he would have enjoyed that plus no 3D to hurt his eyes and countless games already out. It would have been a great way to introduce him to gaming. But instead you bought something you wanted and he probably will never play with since he needs another device to fully use it.

Cheapy and Ship could do the VR porn sitting next to each other. That way they can put a hand on the each others junk to see if it works as an application for VR.

Who's to say they don't just get excited from each other's touch? Probably needs a control test first. And a test before that to make sure they can even get excited.

Naughty America is a legit porn company.  They do mostly role play stuff with teacher/student, boss/secretary, etc.  At least that's what I've heard...

And I have bought Overwatch loot boxes and it didn't ruin my experience at all.  If you're only playing it for progression and not for the sheer enjoyment, then you're playing for the wrong reason.

 
10 years listening this show and I still don't have an answer why Wombat doesn't like good games  like Overwatch.

"Good" games are subjective. Wombat loves the Marvel/DC/Comic/Kids games. If you didn't like them, he could wonder why you didn't like "Good" games.

I always enjoy the CAG podcast during E3 I feel it has a more realistic approach to what gets announced/shown.  Don't forget to get Wombat some free t-shirts! 

 
Cheapy, 

Since you apparently play Overwatch for the loot, do you also play Rocket League for it too.  I play both games, but it is because they are very fun and this is an end unto itself.  The microtransactions are just a way to make more money from whales and people that see a skin they want.  If people want to pay for that, I don't see any problem with it.  It doesn't take anything away from the gameplay and most people won't probably play enough to earn all of the rewards anyway.

If you think it is fun, just enjoy it.  You don't have to "earn" something and besides, it is just digital junk that you won't care about in a few months when you move on and never look back.

 
Force Awakens  was forgettable.  It's a factory made rehash of the original movie.

Bandicot isn't as big a reveal as Jak & Dexter in UC4.
