Guess i should be buying a Wii U soon. This looks good
Seeing as how it's coming out on the NX... you might as well wait.

Honestly, I don't think it looks all that impressive. Great art style and some impressive imagery, but the animations still look like they're from Wind Waker. Regardless, the new mechanics look exciting. Plus, it'll be nice to play a new Zelda without the BS motion controls.

Looks amazing. I just hope it releases this year.

Releases sometime in 2017 on WiiU and NX. So sometime after March 2017... but no specific date is set. So, no need to rush out and get anything.

As for the game, it took me a few minutes to realize that I wanted this without a doubt.

That's a bummer, but as long as its as good as it looks, it will be worth the wait.

Looks amazing! I'm currently going through Windwaker for the first time.

Wasn't Twilight Princess better on the GameCube version? Wondering if the same will apply here.

I love how this is not your normal Zelda.

I was getting tired of the Zelda Formula. Then again I have played every Zelda besides the four swords series, and the CDi Games, so I was getting tired of it.

It's been confirmed to be an NX launch title.

The launch window for Wii U was considered to be November to March, so don't make any bets.
I would bet it would come out on launch day just like Twilight Princess did. If it came out on WiiU first, it might be less of an incentive to upgrade to the NX on launch. I mean if the game is 50-60 hours in length that might be enough of a reason to wait to get a NX because you have Zelda.

I would think they would launch it with the NX, day one, as much as Nintendo wants to try and downplay the NX release vs the Wii U. I mean, by now, the hype for this game is baffling and that plus the normal enticement of a new system would be a huge boost to sales for the NX.

I'm not jumping on the NX day one.  If it's like TP, the game will secretly be better on the Wii U.  After all, it's probably been finished on the Wii U for quite some time.  The extra time is just to get it up and running smoothly on the NX.

Added "All the Awesomeness of E3" video IGN did about all the AWESOME that is in this game to my second post. A lot of small touches that will look like they'll go a long way. Zelda Skyrim it is, insane amount of detail!

The fact that Nintendo is making it is the only reason I am not hurt and confused about this update. I like Skyrim and I love Zelda, but I'm not sure I actually want them to make a baby. Unless of course that baby was named The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Morrowind.

If you wanna get technical, the only release date we've ever gotten was "TBA 2017." Everybody thought it was going to be March because of a store listing for the BotW amiibo.
