Call of Duty is out of stock.  Not the end of the world for me, since I never finished the last one.  But I'd have picked it up at that price.

How is there not one comment on that image?
I can't take my eyes off that wired controller. Completely unrealistic portrayal of modern gaming, but this is what you see pushed on the public at large and especially the youth in America in all the magazines, commercials, etc. Is this what we want our children to think real gaming is?

I went into the physical store, saw some interesting prices.

Halo 5 $10
Forza 5 goty $10
Sunset overdrive $10
Forza horizon 2 $20
Metal gear solid v tpp $20
Halo mcc $10

I was mainly shocked by halo 5. Has it been that low frequently? I havent been watching it really

I'm almost glad rare replay is oos. I probably would have bought it at that price. But it's one of the few games I actually would rather have digitally.

Not totally grasping why the physical copies are 33% of the cost of the digital versions. I would think they'd discount digital before physical. Mainly looking at State of Decay, since that was a digital game to begin with. I guess everyone's going digital this gen and they have a surplus of physical to get rid of?

Having the disc is pointless unless you are going to resell/trade it. Everything you play from it gets installed.

I'm a female school teacher from Florida and this thread convinced me to buy an Xbox One! #TCHBO

I do get rid of most of my games after I beat them. Especially if it's on Xbox because I have a friend that likes to buy them. But there are more reasons to buy physical than just reselling. There is the collector factor for some. There is the ability to play far into the future after servers have shut down. And for some there is a very real issue of data caps. If you install from the disc you avoid that. some people have ridiculous data caps. I'm so glad they haven't implemented them in my area yet. But anyway, I buy both; physical or digital depending on price and my needs for individual games

The opposite. Physical takes up inventory space that can be taken up by 60-dollar new titles that are going to sell copies.

I think it's also because Microsoft Stores aren't the first thought when it comes to buying games.

so is halo 5 confirmed 10 dollars in store? and have you guys seen the new create your own controller on the xbox site thats kinda cool you can customize it however you like ..though it is 79.99 so kinda on the expensive side
