There was a small section of clearance Blu-ray and DVD movies at Big Lots when I went tonight, mostly $5 movies on clearance for $2.50 (I don't know all the titles, but I saw Black Swan and Shutter, both on blu-ray). Some box/season sets (like Nikita Season 1 and Season 2 on DVD) were normally $8 and on clearance for $4.
I know that, in the past, videogame and movie clearances like these have seemed to be consistent at all stores, but no guarantees...so possibly YMMV. But there's also a sale on other DVDs at $3-5 from the weekly ad at the moment, as well.
