Never ever move from your current location. You found the greatest community that cares for their games and consoles that they trade for next to nothing to GameStop. I live in the ones where people decide to have sex with their console then when it stops working, turn it in to that pedo-looking hipster GS clerk behind the counter who's all too excited to get those fluids all over his fingers.

IF it were me I'd just look for a new one on sale since new ones are $80 and include  MK7 and a 1 yr warranty.  I have a feeling you could find one somewhere for 10% off if you didn't need one yesterday.

Can you transfer your Data from a N3DSL XL to a 2DS?

Thinking about giving my GF my N3DSXL but I don't wanna lose my data so I'd get one of these to keep it stored if it works :p

Yes, but it requires you calling into Nintendo. They will transfer the account to the older console but you'll definitely lose your saves. I've done it from a New 3ds XL to my old 3ds.

Jesus christ nintendo really?

Why cant they join us in the post 2000's where stuff can be transfered from one to the other via an account by the user at will? Really hope they get with it in their next system.

 
I've been quietly watching these for a while now, always hoping that the crystal red one will come back in stock. Has anyone actually bought one of these in-store since the sale started, though? I'm asking because if you try to do in-store pickup, it says the price at the store is $69.99.

Then again, I'm a little pissed at Gamestop lately due to getting into an argument with a worker when he refused to give me any accessories when I tried to buy a 'Premium Refurbished' N3DS XL a couple of weeks ago. For some reason he couldn't wrap his head around the fact that they're supposed to come with a charger and a few other things despite new ones not having them. Amusingly enough, that's the only store nearby that has a crystal red 2DS. Don't know if I want to risk going in there and possibly ending up in the exact same situation again.

You don't have to call Nintendo. You can do it yourself via a system transfer option in settings. Saves should transfer as well afaik.

From a New 3ds line to another New 3ds line it's no problem. However transferring from the newer line to anything in the older won't work. I've tried from the console. However when I called in they were able to detach the account from the newer console to the older one.

I bought 3 during the buy 2 get 1, all were in great condition. No crystal versions around me, got a red, blue and seafoam green.
 
I got my blue/black one today, they're a bit heavier than expected tbh I though they were super light.

It's in pretty good condition no major scratches or anything. Screen is pristine so that's a plus.

No complains here.
