Yoshis Wooly World Wii U $29.99 ($23.99 GCU) Best Buy

Does anyone have this game? Is it worth it at this price? I heard it was kinda short, I think...
Yea I picked it up for this price a couple weeks ago when they had it on sale and honestly it's not that bad.

It's fairly easy but it has more of a challenge than Kirby's Epic Yarn. The levels look nice, and the collectables add some replay value. The only things I don't like are the boss fights which are pretty boring and the music which is fucking obnoxious. I'd say pick it up, but in terms of quality don't go in expecting Donkey Kong TF or Rayman Legends.

My 6 year old and I are having a blast with it. We are playing mellow mode and she can't wait for me to come home from work every day so that we can continue where we left off. It is a fun little game!

I played thru this game on release, I don't remember it being difficult but I do remember loving the graphics. getting all the collectibles is rewarding since it unlocks various Yoshi outfits but I blew past all that.

It is not the length of the original Yoshi's Island, but that game was very long. It is a decent length game, you will not feel you got shorted on levels. As with earlier Yoshi Island game, you will have the ability to go back to levels to get collectibles/increase your score to unlock skins for Yoshi and a handful of extra levels (like they added in the GBA Yoshi's Island). The game is really fun, not as good as the original SNES game, but definitely better than the DS version (that added other babies) and the 3DS one (that added very bad motion control). There is no "crying Baby Mario" in this game, you have standard health - a lot of people hated that part anyways. Bosses - a highlight of earlier Yoshi Island games - are as creative as ever.

Oh and the Amiibo support is great. Almost every Amiibo adds a unique skin, minus a few that all add a generic "Amiibo" skin. The plush Yoshis give the ability to have a helper Yoshi play with you if you do not have a second player. Oh yeah, this game is also two player - a first for Yoshi's Island and it is great fun with the kids.

The yarn aesthetic look great, even better than Epic Yarn. Very creative use of the theme. The challenge is much higher than Epic Yarn, but I wouldn't call the game "tough".
