Need Help With A Buggy PS4 (As In EDF Not Tech Support Buggy)

Hey guys, someone gave me a PS4 but they told me that it had roaches or bugs in it. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to clean up something like this since it's a free PS4 if I can take care of the problem.

Oh, is that what that rattling is when I shake some of my old school consoles?  Always figured it was non-essential electronic pieces that fell off. 

Anyway, does it even power on?    If it was free, I probably wouldn't even bother opening it and just enjoy.

Maybe run a vacuum on the air vents and spray some bug spray on it.
