Gears of War 4: Best Buy vs Amazon

Looking to pre-order Gears of War 4. Some things appear unclear to me:

Upon examining the Amazon pre-order page, it looks like the game comes with 4 additional GOW games (1, 2, 3, Judgement). Prime members get 20% off. Doesn't specifically say this is Amazon exclusive

At Best Buy, there is no mention of the 4 free games, but it is listed in the Collector's Edition page. I called Best Buy, and of course, they have no idea. With Best Buy, you get $10 rewards and GCU gives you 20% off

Are the 4 free games included free with all Day One Editions? Is this Amazon exclusive? Does Best Buy need to update their page? What are your guys thoughts. Thanks

Supposedly you get all four games with pre-orders on XBox Live.  At least that is what it said a couple weeks ago when I pre-ordered.  I own 1 and Judgement already.  2 and 3 don't show in my download list yet though.  Not sure I will go back to them that often but it would have been nice to have that option before 4 comes out.  

My guess is you get it with all physical and digital pre orders at least.  Game Stop shows it on their site as well but says it is for a limited time only.
