Whynot just use the target GC to buy a Kindle/Amazon GC for 50, then transfer the full 50 to your Paypal from there?

You can transfer Amazon GC to Paypal? Didn't know. Appreciate it.

Edit: Yeah, I'm not seeing anywhere where I would be able to transfer the Amazon GC into paypal. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction? Thanks.

I apologize, I was thinking anybody could use the amazon payments to transfer back to their bank, then to PP. Looks like thats only for merchants. HOWEVER, since you are looking to loose a bit anyway, just go buy a prepaid master card/visa with $50 on it. It will cost you a $5 fee but you can then just spend the credit card anywhere :

Edit: if anyone wants to give you static about buying a gift card with a gift card, just go to the self checkout. Computers don't discriminate types of money.

No problem. Just trying to help with what I saw as a bit harder item to sell. I see target more as a niche store rather than a legitimate grocery store, and I know its more than that. Cheers.
