Question Regarding Gamestop PowerUp Reward Coupons

The $5, 10, 15, 25 certificates for new items, can they be used on hardware like consoles and accessories? I know they can be used on retail game software but cannot be used for gift cards/ network cards, digital games, etc. Not sure on hardware and accessories though.

I think you can, but when using coupons in general, I think no two of the same denomination can stack. Don't know if they changed it or not.
