Ultimate "XBOX ONE S" Trade-in Discussion Living Thread

I remember Best Buy offering 125$ recently. Wonder what it would be if they took 5 controllers, three headsets, and a kinect....
 
I am hoping we can gather the best options available for hardware tradeins towards an XBOX ONE S.

Here is an example person a has a day one 500GB XBOX ONE console.This is working condition console with one controller, power supply, and Kinect. Who would give tithe best bang for thr buck trade in value?

From there, 3 Xbox chat headsets in working order, two chat stereo converters to allow all head sets on a legacy constroller, and 5 controllers - some special editions.

Who would shell out the best deal with all of this collateral?

I know others out there have other amounts of trade in collateral and I am hoping community comments will guide the needy to the right deal.
 
I heard Microsoft store has a trade in deal but can only confirm a Canadian website but possibly if you go to a Microsoft store they'll give you like $200-$300 for the Xbox? Maybe
 
Since people call it xbone I heard if you flash your flaccid ding dong at a clerk and shout "touch my willy wonka!", they'll give you $300 credit.

Didn't you read the title, it's a "living thread" lol.

I still dunno why people don't just wait until scorpio comes out unless the cost after trade in for the "S" is virtually nothing but to each their own.

Hey OP, I have an Xbox one that has a shortcut to Pornhub already installed and has a sticky substance all over the top. Can you find me the best trade in deal for it????

I also have a long, cylindrical controller that buzzes a lot and has sticky stuff all over it. It's used more when the Pornhub app is open than in games. What's the best trade for that?

I don't understand why people aren't just selling the console themselves on ebay or craiglist.  You should definately be able to get at least $150...  I got almost $300 for mine after the ebay coupon, but I had the CoD AW LE.

 
Selling stuff on Craig's list is a hassel personally. I just got a 4k tv and want a 4k streaming machine. Also want to turn in a day one Xbox far out of warranty. Want to olay the newer Xbox one games with the new color range available to them with HDR.

I also need a 4k Blu-Ray player.
 
I really don't see 4k catching on any time soon. People finally warmed up to Blu-Ray the way it is now even though DVDs are still doing great in sales. No way with standard BR and DVDs still killing 4K will blow up any time soon. This reminds me of when they tried pushing 3D HDTVs and they gave up on that after a couple years. People are tired of having to spend small fortunes upgrading their televisions and media every few years just to keep up and 4K isn't even worth it in my opinion anyway.

 
Is Best Buy having any deals this week on console trade-in?

I have a day one XBOX ONE, 5 controllers, Kinect. I also have 60 bucks in Best Buy certificates!
