Can you tell the CAG community who the "100% High Feedback user" is that scammed you? Did you report him to the mods & give him negative feedback? If not, you need to do those things ASAP so no one else get scammed by this user. Posting that user's name in this thread would help CAG's to avoid that user, and it would help your credibility, too.

Situation was reported after couple of hours to the mod he is already banned
