USB Charger Recommendations for Nintendo 3DS?

So CAGs, any recommendations for a quality USB charger (and possibly car charger) for my 3DS? Maybe specific brands that have worked for you for years?

I need a USB charger (and possibly car charger) for my 3DS so I can plug in and charge using my computer/car.

I couldn't find anything proprietary, but that's what I'd prefer if they do exist.

Looking more for "value" than "cheap" regarding this accessory.

The 3DS compatible USB charger ideally needs to be: 

(1) safe for my 3DS battery

(2) effective at charging my 3DS

(3) dependable/durable (if that's available lol)

There's thousands of listings on eBay and AMZ. But which is worth the money?

What do you use? What you like most about them? Any regrets?

Guess nobody uses anything but wall chargers 

I use a USB charger cable I got off of eBay and then various Anker chargers (Amazon).

Never had a problem.

I use a car charger made by gigiware that was from radioshack. It has gba going up to 3ds along with psp. Cant u just get a car charger and plug any usb cord?
