Old Xbox Ones open box at Monoprice in-store only

I went to the Monoprice Will Call today and they had some open box Xbox Ones for sale all old models. The gears 1 bundle was $200 and the kinect bundle was $180 I don't think these are display models because there already was a display model there that wasn't for sale. This is my first deal post so please tell me to kill myself
