H: $40 in steam credit W: $20 PayPal

Basically I canceled a game from Steam and got a $40 refund. &' wanting to get Forza Horizon 3, but seeing as it's a windows exclusive I'm going to have to sell this credit.

I've got $40 in steam credit and asking $25 PayPal. I don't think I can actually send the credit, so I can buy what you want as a gift and send you the code on here.
