Haven't received gift card from PayPal Digital Gifts (ebay purchase)

So I bought a Best Buy gift card off ebay, from PayPal Digital Gifts, and I still haven't received it (it's been over 24 hours since I submitted the order). I got the order confirmation... just no "claim link" email. This is odd as I've purchased probably 50+ gift cards from them and it's never taken this long. Any way to contact PayPal Digital Gifts about this and ask them to resend it?

sometimes it could take up to 48 in rare cases

I've noticed a lot of times their delivery estimate is actually 3+ days even though they deliver much faster usually

I would wait at least 48. If it doesn't say delivered you should be fine.

Good to know. I'm not in a rush to get the gift card, and just happy it wasn't a $100 gift card but only a $25 gift card and I only spent like $12 outta pocket for it.

Anyways it does say it was delivered, but still nothing. I messaged paypal digital gifts through ebay and they said it had been delivered as well, but they would be willing to resend the claim link email or copy/paste the code into the ebay message. As an aside, I just bought 3 Toys R Us gift cards today through paypal digital gifts ebay page and I got the claim link emails for all three within like 2-3 hours.
