Do we know for sure that the Switch doesn't have a touch screen?
What would be the point?
When in home mode there would be no screen to touch, nor do the Joycons fused mode or pro controller seemingly have a touch pad.
Nope, lots of industry insiders are speculating that the Switch will actually have both a touch screen and motion controls with the Joy-Con controllers. But based on the unveiling trailer and direct comments by Kimishima about how the dual-screen gameplay of the Wii U was actually a distraction, it's safe to say that with the Switch, you'll either be using the TV screen or the handheld screen. Not both simultaneously
I've seen both sides, and as I said above, what would be the point of the touch screen when it has to be put into the holster.
Now motion controllers are still a toss up, but if it was featured.. you think they'd have shown it more in the reveal.
