Best Way to Hookup Multiple Retro Consoles

I am trying to figure out the best way to hook up multiple retro consoles to my hdtv. I have 4 systems with Coax connections (SNES,NES,PS1,Sega).

What would be the best way to go about getting these all hooked up together at the same time? Currently I just have them chained together but I feel like that degrades the signal.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Coaxial like the antenna? Really? And the HDTV will invariably ruin any analog signal you send into it, as most retro consoles output in that format. It's best to hunt for a cheap CRT. Or you're gonna have to go the Shipwreck route.
