Just saw this guy Luke A Moody was selling Rise of the Tomb Raider PS4 for $13 New. Seems too good to be true considering he's a "Just Launched" seller.
What do you all make of this? Too good to be true?
EDIT: I looked through his other items and they're all around $13 which seems fishy to me.
