Xbox One S Problems

Okay so I got a S yesterday and before this I had 3 different fat Xbox Ones. I've had nothing but problems with this S though. First during the set up the update kept messing up. Now I just downloaded Just Cause 3 and Battlefield 1 to my system over night and they won't even ing launch. Also this controller's home button is absolute garbage. I feel like I have to press it so ing hard to register. Did I get a dud or are all of these problems common?

If I were you, I'd take that shit back and get you a fresh one. I got me my first S Tuesday and I've had no problems, either with games not launching or the controller being crap or anything other thing.

Ughhhh yeah I feel like I'll have to. It's so frustrating. Finally got Just Cause 3 to launch but Battlefield just refuses. I went to Redbox, rented the Battlefield 1 disc to manually install it and even after that finished the game won't ing launch. Idk what the hell is wrong. The annoying thing is I already traded in the Gears of War 4 copy so they'll have to take the old one out.

I have same issue with controller home button it's terrible. I also have a small click from the fan sound. Though it seems after searching it's normal and I have no idea if I should go through an exchange.
