WTB: New 3DS XL IPS screen (any color/edition)

I am looking to buy a New 3DS XL, one with IPS screens, either both or at the very least the top screen. Doesn't need to be in perfect shape, but the screens are my biggest want.

Have a ton of new and old games for all consoles so if you looking for something in particular let me know, otherwise I would pay PayPal, etc,
