XBOX One S shortage at Target? What's going on?!?!

Does anyone know when Target will finally restock on their Gears of War XBOX One S Bundle? It's been sold out at the stores and online since Black Friday and I keep missing out on all the recent great deals that they've been having. Currently Target is having a deal for the XBOX's where they're $50 cheaper and you get a free $30 Target Gift Card. FYI...I'm trying to use my Target Card that is why I'm not purchasing from other stores.

If you can stomach not getting the 5% discount, I believe most retailers are offering that same deal.

The thing is that right now...I just want to purchase an XBOX using a credit card and as of now my Target card is the only one that I can use. Trust me...If that wasn't the case, i would have purchased one a while ago somewhere else.

I'm actually looking for the white 1TB version and still you can't order online or pick up from store. This is very annoying.

If it's really a sale and not a TPC (Temporary Price Cut), they should provide you a rain check for that sale price, according to their website:
