I've narrowed it down to the Thrustmaster TX...but I'd consider the TMX if it were dirt cheap.
The Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel for Xbox One and Windows will be $299.99 (-$100 from MSRP) at Best Buy tomorrow per the BB ad thread.

Most of the research I found said that's a fine wheel for 2009. I'm sure it's still good, but I like the more modern technology in the steering mechanism for the Thrustmaster brand. I ended up just buying on Amazon.
