Trading Timeout - Rule Violation

What can I do to get my account in normal mode without the rule violation? I do not know why, or what I did wrong i stayed with my account with the rule violation. 
 
Please, can you tell me how it is that I have this block if I have not made any date changes on the post I have on Steam / Origin / Desura etc. Buy / Sell / trade thread !, I appreciate the help.
 


 
Understand, but i change the post with others offer or bundles, but the problem for me is that i cant do feedback and need to do that for some caggers.

Any changes can be done by editing your current post. I'm not sure what you mean by feedback that can prevent you from following the one post every 3 days rule.

 
well, editing a post is quite unseen from cags when there are bundles active and another 20 new posts in short time, most people wont go back all the sites in thread(

 
Having a handful of people posting daily or every 2 days isn't helping the problem either. We have the post limit in place to reduce the spam and slow the thread down a bit.
