***HELP*** Looking for the name of and FPS (unknown platform)

I was watching a youtube video gaming blog and the blogger was playing an FPS that looks to be horror, the thing that struck me was the weapons, there appeared to be little characters sitting on the weapons that you were using, One was what appeared to be a little girl sitting on the gun about where the stock and the trigger would be located. she would hang off the gun and do other funny things while you were firing it. another character was a pumpkin headed fellow. I could only describe them as horror "Chibi" characters. There was no description about what game he was playing below the video,  all the posts that asked about the game never got a reply from anyone.

Does anybody know what the name of this game is? and could they direct me to the developers website.
